Good experience with legal assistant Crystal. She was very responsive and helped us through the process. There are several lawyers who work under Johnny Zinati and ours was very good at explaining everything. The price was decent. There’s a flat fee (plus other charges like wire transfer fees, bridge loan fee, etc etc) but still a little lower than other real estate lawyers.

I have closed two properties with Zinati Kay and had superb flawless experience both times.Everyone in the team is very supportive. They care a lot about the closing dates and prepare you in advance regarding the follow ups required with the seller/ builder and lender. They provide detailed attention while preparing the statement and ensures that we are paying only the legit costs. The best thing is that they never get irritated no matter how many queries you put to them and are always quick and calm to respond to each of your queries. I recommend them to everyone going for closing in the future.
