If you are an immigrant seeking permanent residency in Canada, Zagazeta Garcia LLP is the best choice! The advice is excellent, I felt very confident from start to finish. First she totally missed the first appointment, at the time of the appointment nobody ever called me, after 15 minutes of waiting I called and her assistant told me Maria had left. Afterwards when we reviewed a document I sent some notes and she did not answer for a week After calling asking why I got no answer she asked me to send the email again After this I resent it , she said she will review it, a week went by and then I called again and her assistant told me she was on vacation! Finally a process that was suppose to take less than a month took 3 months

I was comfortable dealing with Maria Norka Zagazeta Garcia from the beginning when she promptly responded to my initial inquiry. When I separated from my common-law partner, I first hired Maria to prepare a new will. The process went smoothly and efficiently, so I then retained her to draft my separation agreement. She kept me informed every step of the way giving me peace of mind throughout the very difficult, drawn-out process. To my great relief and gratitude, she negotiated and achieved my desired settlement, avoiding having to go to trial.
