What can I say about Will Hutcheson... He's a great lawyer who cares about his clients', but more so has the best interest of his clients' children at heart. Will Hutcheson was efficient and direct. He completed my financial statement after another lawyer had done so inaccurately. He explained the process clearly and was able to communicate well with my ex's lawyer. He gave me helpful feedback on the agreement she drafted and explained the relevant laws and then helped draft changes. He used our time to draft the separation agreement and didn't mince words. I would recommend him to others for his clarity, efficiency and ability to settle quickly and out of court.

Excellent Lawyer! After interviewing several lawyers I chose Will. Very quickly I found Will to not only be knowledgeable but also Will actually cares about his clients and their family. Never thought I would find myself saying that about a lawyer but its true! :) The more I got to know Will the more I could see that he actually cares and works hard for his clients. Reasonable rates and excellent service. Throughout the process Will was there providing sound advice and good service for me and my family. Will worked diligently towards resolution. I found Will to be an excellent communicator and also an excellent mediator to help work towards resolution. I used Will as my lawyer for the process of negotiating and finalizing my separation agreement for shared custody of my two children. I also used his services to draft my will. At a difficult time, I found Will to very helpful, understanding, and reasonable--both in terms of his thinking and his fees. He absorbed the details of my situation quickly and did an excellent balancing job of giving me advice from a purely legal standpoint, while relating to me as a person. He sympathized with my desire to have a peaceful and mutually co-operative divorce process that minimized legal costs and completely avoided court. He seemed quite knowledgeable and experienced to me; these qualities came through in his thorough and prudent reading of the terms of my proposed separation agreement, along with his clearly-articulated and intelligent advice. Having been legally divorced now for over a year and half, I am very pleased with my situation regarding the terms of the separation, having shared custody and what I feel is an equitable financial relationship with my ex-wife. I always felt that Will was in my corner, and he has continued to be very generous with his time whenever I have asked him for follow-up advice. I have never felt like he was out to make as much money off my situation as he could; in fact, he could have earned more quite legitimately and chose not to. I highly recommend Will's services.
