We had a great experience with our first home closing with Vashishtha Law office. They are very proficient, proactive, ahead of time and keep close watch on all necessary required documents needed for smooth closing for their clients. We were dealing with Rajesh Vashishtha who is the Principal of the Vashishtha Law office and he was transparent from day 1 with us on the home closing process. We availed the services of Mr. Rajesh and his team in July-Aug 2022 for 2 transactions - one for buying, one for selling. The service offered was diligent and very thorough, always keeping my best interests first, which is what you want from a lawyer as a client. The expert advice that we received from time to time was invaluable. Inspite of it being a really difficult market, and an equally difficult transaction, Mr. Vashishtha was able to guide us through to completion successfully. Mr Rajesh helped me with the closing of my house. Our closing was already late and our mortgage instructions from the bank reached to him last moment, and it did not look like we would be able to finalize the purchase of our first property. But he took the task head on, asked us not to worry and finished our closing within 2 hours. He literally saved our day and helped us finalize the purchase of our first house. He is very responsive and professional. I would recommend anyone to use his services if you are looking for a good lawyer. Thank you again for your help!
