The Tzaferis team and staff were diligent,accommodating and helpful in dealing with my questions and concerns. They communicated with me in a timely manner and coordinated what needs to be submitted before presenting our case. Mr. Phillip Paglino was efficient, knowledgeable and professional in tackling the intricacies of personal injury cases. He handled the complications that came up in the course of working on the first case with skill, competence and integrity. He stood by me every step of the way as we navigated through the complexities of two injury cases. He was purposeful in his advocacy to achieve a successful resolution of the cases and settlement for the injuries I sustained. He has made a positive impact on me and my family,too.
