I personally wouldn't want this person representing me. Was very short with me on the phone and hung up on me after 24 seconds in the first call, and when I called back they hung up on me after 20 seconds. Then when I left a review on their business they called me back and threatened to sue me for defamation! Well Mark, if you wanna sue me, good luck suing someone who is broke! It is in the public's interest to know how you treat people who are seeking assistance, and I am sharing my personal experience. Even though they have never represented me, their behaviour from those phone calls to me is a warning sign.

This number was listed for information in an incorrect area. The gentleman who called was short and rude. I would reflect on how you answer your phone and address complete strangers let alone clients.
