We worked with Ania earlier this year and she was so great! Very professional, knowledgeable and always responded quickly to our questions. Great communication. I purchased a home, at the time the lawyer told me I could change the title after, she did not specify that I would have to wait 6 months to change the title or that I would be charged fees for this change . If I had known that I would have to wait several months to change a title and then be charged more I would not have made that decision. I called another lawyer who informed me for a few thousand I saved on the purchase I will now lose it. I believe this lawyer was vague and did not give the information required to make an informed decision. If I could give a zero I would.
