If I could give Shawn Philbert zero starts I would! Dealing with Shawn was an eye-opening experience for all the wrong reasons. Shawn's behaviour was consistently unprofessional, dishonest, and frankly unethical. This attorney seemed more interested in inflaming conflict and padding bills then pursuing a conclusion. Honesty and integrity were lacking from Shawn as he tried tactics such as intimidation and, hostility and was overly condescending. While I understand that lawyers represent their clients zealously, there's a line between advocacy and opportunism-and in my experience, that line was crossed repeatedly.
