Alex and his team is great. Quick turn around on jobs and decently priced too. Aside from all that though I really appreciate Alex explaining everything line by line for a simple layman like myself. He was able to provide great examples to give you a picture of the scenarios that can happen. He made me quite confident in my upcoming transaction and I came out of it with much more knowledge and understanding about real estate law. Not all lawyers are the same but I know Alex reads up on the yearly changes to real estate law to ensure what you're doing is compliant. Most lawyers only explain the main point and shove you 10 different documents to sign, however Alex is a lawyer that goes as fast as you want to or as slow as you need to. Highly recommended and would work with him again.
