Alex and his team is great. Quick turn around on jobs and decently priced too. Aside from all that though I really appreciate Alex explaining everything line by line for a simple layman like myself. He was able to provide great examples to give you a picture of the scenarios that can happen. He made me quite confident in my upcoming transaction and I came out of it with much more knowledge and understanding about real estate law. Not all lawyers are the same but I know Alex reads up on the yearly changes to real estate law to ensure what you’re doing is compliant.

Working with Alex from Simplus Reality Law was an absolute pleasure. We were referred to Simplus by our real estate broker. We had the pleasure of having Alex Sung complete our closing for our new home. As first time homebuyers, Alex was thorough, meticulous and provided detailed information in the whole process. When the banking instructions was received, Alex informed us of an issue with one of the conditions and had to prioritize it. We had to tackle the issue from all angles to have it rectified. We were able to rectify the situation prior to closing and we appreciate the work Alex and his team has done. We would highly recommend his services to our friends, family, and for any of our future home.

I did not feel as though they had properly communicated to me my options and outcomes, nor did I feel like they did their jobs as lawyers to protect me, their client, with closing my property. The main lawyer on my case I feel was knowledgeable, but rude and condescending if I have to be completely honest. Needless to say, I will not be using them for anymore home purchases/sales in the future.
