If you would like an honest, detailed oriented law firm for your real estate needs....this is the place to go! I have worked with this firm on numerous occasions for personal and investment purchases and sales and they never disappoint. If anything, they have always exceeded my expectation by catching mistakes between realtors, as well as guidance to ensure that I am protected as client. They are also priced very competitively for the services offered, but more importantly, always look out for the client's best interests

I needed a name removed from title to close my mortgage. It was a complex issue that required 3 lawyers coordinating zoom meetings on the same day to get it done. Mr. Shimi handled everything from start to finish. He explained every step and why they were necessary. Highly recommend him.
