I found Mr. Shaffie during one of the most overwhelming and helpless times in my life. I came across his website and YouTube videos, which clearly explained the domestic violence process in a professional, easy-to-understand way. That gave me a lot of clarity and comfort right from the beginning.
From our very first phone call, he was patient, respectful, and confident in handling my case. He answered all my questions thoroughly and offered a very reasonable package price—without ever pressuring me to sign anything. He also never tried to scare me about my situation, which I really appreciated—especially since I know some lawyers do that just to pressure clients into signing.
Once I decided to move forward with him, he and his team kept me informed every step of the way. Anytime I had questions and reached out via text, he always responded quickly (of course, I also made sure not to bombard him constantly).

I can't say enough about the one and only Shayan Shaffie from Shaffie law. After 21 months of anguish in the system I was able to get all 6 of my charges withdrawn thanks to Mr. Shaffie. Even when it looked a little bleaker in my eyes a little earlier on in the process, his confidence never waivered. He fought tooth and nail with me until the very end. He was stern with me (in a positive, much needed manner) when he needed to be, and knows when it's appropriate to have a few laughs along the way, at the end of the day he is a trusted professional that will get the job done. 18 months of working with Mr. Shaffie and he has essentially become a friend in the process, therefore the end of the case is a little bittersweet for me. More so sweet of course. Mr. Shaffie, thank you for working with and dealing with an anxious guy such as myself. During one of the most overwhelming and uncertain times in my life, I was fortune to find Mr. Shayan Shaffie. Yes, I did some research and look for the best in the business, as it was too important to me to just leave things to chance. I felt lost and very anxious, and after watching, then directly speaking with Mr. Shaffie, I knew I found the right individual to right a wrong. From the onset, and very first call, Mr. Shaffie was very clear, informative, and professional. He took my call on Saturday, and call me again on a Sunday. A small thing, but an important thing, in my opinion. The first impression was pivotal to me and he held true throughout the entire legal process.
From my initial phone call, Mr. Shaffie was clearly professional, calm, albeit I pushed him, yet he was deep and provided legal expertise that comes with years experience, and evidentially, from winning. He answered all my questions thoroughly, with patience, respect and always being non-judgmental. He was straightforward, even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, but needed to hear it, he was very transparent, which, well, sets realistic expectations.
Once retained, Mr. Shaffie kept me in the loop, even if it meant calling me late on a Friday night or Sunday evening, which happened a couple times. He could appreciate that hearing a voice of reason or giving good news a day early means the world to most of us. He did this three times…. that’s important. He was always responsive, whether call, email and/or text. He often replied to my messages near immediately, quickly and thoughtfully (even when I was overwhelmed with questions, which I did 100%).
Thanks to Mr. Shaffie’s tireless work, I was vindicated, nothing, I mean nothing, as a loving father means more than that. Mr. Shaffie brought that back. Don’t under estimate the importance of your word, perception of you, and how your children see you. Fight to the end, have Mr. Shaffie with you.
