Shortly after launching Samfiru Tumarkin LLP in 2007, Lior Samfiru and Sivan Tumarkin came to realize that a majority of Canadians, to their detriment, were unaware of their basic employment, disability and personal injury rights and how to properly enforce them. Terminated employees were accepting woefully inappropriate severance packages. Injured or ill individuals were giving up and walking away from insurance claims following a denial. Rights were being ignored.

Top-level, responsive service with the results we hoped for.
