My overall experience thus far with Russell Alexander family lawyers has been excellent. I filled out their online intake form and was promptly contacted by the intake specialist. She directed me on how to go about setting up a consultation with one of their lawyers. Once the consultation was over and I decided to move forward, the next steps were very clear and coordinated and a lawyer was assigned to my case. When first learning that the lawyer that was assigned to my case was not the lawyer I had the consultation with, Jacqueline quickly corrected the situation and made sure I was comfortable moving forward with the lawyer I felt best fit for my situation.
