Can’t say enough good things about Paula. She communicated with me fully and clearly throughout the process. I always felt listened to, respected, and understood. She is a scamer of cleaners. My team was at her place clean and we are not happy. 1st she complain about I send 3 preson to done a job in less time and make sense we need to answer other clients. Esteritipe and discrimination, we feell it cause 1 of crew have a bit difficult to beard. She want we clean the house for 120 dollar and as per the final we ask how's everything and she says all perfect, very good job. On way to other pace we get a complain that all is a messy and she still find ways to not pay. Very disappointed and feel scamed. We agree $ 175 but not see either a penny.
