The team at Resolute Legal are kind and professional. They truly care about their clients. Both David & Hayley were always available to answer any questions that came up during the process, and took their time in explaining all the options.

It was an excellent experience working with Resolute. David is a very experienced professional, that worked our case through to a successful disability claim. The case went all the way to a tribunal judgement, and David stepped up with exortrodinal measures to win our case.

David and the Resolute Legal team were incredible in helping my mom win her CPP disability claim. From start to finish David was professional and thorough. He kept us well informed throughout the process answering all our questions and ensuring nothing was overlooked. ⭐☆☆☆☆

I am extremely upset that this law firm of Resolute Legal Disability Lawyers contacted me today from new Brunswick to inform me that they will not help me with my case without an explanation. I am from Toronto, ON. I came across Mr. David Branen's youtube channel and learned so much from him more than anyone I talked to in the past week. I was so confident that I thought one of his counsel can help my case to file a lawsuit against my employer who is violating my disability and human rights and to have someone assist me with application with benefits yet I am being rejected. Clearly the reviews are fake and this company is not trustworthy.

I just want to say thank-you to David Branden for the books he wrote and provided free of charge to the public with regard to applying for disability. David Branen's books (The Beginner's Guide to CPP Disability and the accompanying workbook). They were very helpful to me in getting approved for Disability. Many details in the book helped guide me on how to prepared in filling out my application and what documentation that I needed to collect and submit along with the application. You must read the book and workbook prior to submitting your paperwork. Great attention to details and facts that will work towards getting you approved. Thanks again for the books. They help me get approved.
