I met with Weston Powell yesterday for a first consultation. I appreciated his punctuality, kindness, and the knowledge he had in the matter discussed. I had sent him information ahead of time and he took the time to familiarize himself and answer all my questions. I will certainly use their services again in the future. My family met with Mr Ocean Enbar for a consultation. I appreciated his punctuality, kindness, and the knowledge he had in the matter discussed. Ocean was very straightforward, he laid out all the steps and possible issues that may arise. He was very upfront with the information that I needed to know and the costs involved.I had sent him information ahead of time and he took the time to familiarize himself and answer all my questions. Very pleased by the interaction I had with Powell litigation. I was stressed about a situation associated with purchase of a condo that I bought 18 months ago. I was looking for lawyers and Powell came up in search as a 5 star place to go. Soban Atique reached out to me 2 minutes after I submitted my contact information through their website, listened to my situation and booked me in for a consultation the day after next. $250+HST for an initial consultation seemed expensive but it turned out to be well worth it. Nice things are expensive so. Soban sent me a video to watch ahead of the consultation so we could focus on my unique case during the call. Lawyer Jeffrey Hamel was assigned for my consultation. Jeff asked crisp questions, listened to my story patiently, and instantly gave me an advice that I was looking for. He did not try to upsell or lead me into going for a route that will be beneficial for their company but told me what my best options were. I absolutely loved the honesty. Thank you guys for putting my mind to ease and I was able to negotiate a deal with my realtor, instead of going the suing route which is not good for anyone involved, well except you guys haha - I highly recommend them for any real estate legal things.
