Peter’s general litigation approach is to make an early risk assessment and cost assessment in non-contingency files. The purpose of this is to help litigants control their costs to the greatest extent possible. Peter has successfully represented Motor Vehicle Accident Victims in both Accident Benefits and Negligence claims for over three decades. Peter also represents clients who have been injured elsewhere than in Motor Vehicle Accidents as well as disabled insurance claimants. Peter has represented clients in Divorce and Matrimonial cases on all issues of Family Law since he commenced practise in 1974. In addition to his other areas of civil litigation practice, Peter has represented clients in a wide range of commercial litigation throughout his legal career. Peter has contributed to his community by serving as a Director and Treasurer of his local Soccer Association, coaching soccer, baseball and basketball, charitable canvasing and parent council participation.
