We're closing on a new build condo. This law firm represents the builder. They never sent closing date instructions, lied that they did, they claimed we called them and were rude to them- we never did (don't have their phone number to call, besides, we have a lawyer so why call them in the first place?). This is the worst experience we've had buying real estate due to this law firm. We have less than a week to close on the condo or risk losing our down payment and possibly being sued by them. The pain in my heart is so much due to their predatory behavior. A word to the wise.
