Lacked professionalism. The cost of preparing a family Will was significantly higher than expected, and the final invoice came as a surprise. At no point were we informed that our scope of work had exceeded the retainer. Despite multiple follow-ups, we have received no response from the lawyer or the firm regarding the final bill.

Trevor Moum is a great lawyer. He is calm, educated, and cares about his clients. My case is still unfinished but he deserves a good review. Definitely consider Trevor if you need help.

Do not deal with these clowns, they will keep making up phoney bills to send you; I had to pay $900 just to keep telling them to do what I told them to do as it took them a month to start a will probate. Then I give Trevor all the information he asked for, only to get an email from his law clerk asking for all the same information again... which they charge you for both times. I just got a bill emailed from them for $400 for something they did back in January, that I had no notification of, as the matter they billed for was completed in November.

Had a bad experience with this law firm, all they want is your money, can’t even answer an email, worst experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

I have giving these lawyers some files to collect and to work on ... after many emails for follow ups files were all closed because there was not much to do. after spending thousands of dollars. no success story. To add to that to get my remaining retainer fee it took them 6 months to send me back. Dont waste your money, search for better service then these guys !!! UPDATE: John Russo called me back to offer me some compensation because he realized that services rendered were not up to their standards, they will actually even do some work to finalize searches on my file. This is more of the service i expected. I greatly appreciate this. I put 4 stars but its more of a 4.5. Hope this helps some of you
