Awful service. My parents came here and my mom specifically called before hand to ask if they are wheelchair accessible because in today’s day that should be an automatic service everyone offers, they were lied to saying yes and when they arrived my mom went in as my dad was not able to and asked why they lied saying they were accessible as it was obvious they were not. To then be told that they will “help my dad in”, and when my mom said “and what happens if you get hurt trying to help him in”, they all had nothing to say. She then went to leave saying obviously I can’t attend my appointment now. And was told “well I can still come to your house”. Why would she want to continue with a service of someone who lied to her just to receive money from a client. That’s absurd and honestly hurtful that you would exclude a whole community of people that can’t access your office freely and independently. Be better.
