Nadia Chaabane is a criminal defence lawyer practicing in Toronto and in select areas of the GTA. Nadias practice extends to all areas of criminal law, with particular focus on youth law, weapons offences, drug and alcohol-related offences and Charter motions. Nadia graduated from the University of Toronto with Double Honours Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy and French. She then completed her law degree at the University of Birmingham in England. Nadia then articled with prominent defence lawyer, David Bayliss, where she gained invaluable training working on many extremely serious cases such as first-degree murder. After working as an associate for a couple of years, Nadia started her own practice in 2018. She is also a Notary Public and provides such services accordingly.

Hands down the best lawyer in Toronto! Me and my family are very grateful for all the hard work Nadia had put in the past year and a half she was able to obtain me a conditional discharge. Thanks to her I am able to head down the right path and complete my college diploma for the better of future and my family! Highly recommend her for any cases, she definitely has a lot of experience and knows what she’s doing.

Writing on behalf of a family member. A very well versed criminal/defense lawyer who is quickly making a name for herself. She left us no doubt or regrets retaining her and for representation. Her retention is reasonable. Trust is important to be present with a client-lawyer relationship and there wasn't a problem in regards to that. She brought up matters to the court in a proper manner when mentioned by.
