⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my second experience with Monique, after having first created my will with her 6 years earlier. That first positive experience made my decision to return to her automatic when I made the decision to update and refresh my will and power of attorney documents. From start to finish, Monique provides excellent advice, the right amount of handholding and tough legal love when it is most needed. Her rates are reasonable. I have never found any compelling benefit in paying the extra hourly rate premium for high overhead downtown Toronto law firms and large multi-partner branded law firm rates for expertise that is no better than Monique's decades of experience in trust and estate matters. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Monique was our first call when we recognized that our executor was self-serving and determined to operate outside the lines of estate law. From our initial meeting she treated us with care and respect while arming us with a better understanding of our rights as beneficiaries. We relied on her regularly over the past three years to help us make informed decisions and handle the communications and paperwork that accompany the various milestones in our process. When we were caught up in the inevitable feelings of frustration and associated emotions, Monique was able to cut through it all to find the relevant facts that helped to form our strategy. Her thoughtful tact and tremendous breadth of professional experience allowed us to settle without litigation and negotiate something close enough to fair that we were able to close this chapter of our lives feeling vindicated, and that the heartache was worth it. These situations can be challenging, dark times and we could not have come out the other end feeling this way without her expertise, organization, professionalism, wisdom and patience. We will definitely call on Monique for any future estate negotiations we may be involved in and at a minimum we will use her for all of our personal estate planning and wills. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Monique and her associates for any estate situation you may find yourself in.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We needed to update our wills after 25 years, we looked to several businesses and chose Monique based on her pricing approach. Everything was very clear as to what we should expect for this service. The remote meetings in the beginning was very convenient, and the forms we were given to fill out helped us thinks through details very carefully and allowed us time to think all matters through. The final step of the process was very smooth, very professional and best of all the office was so close to home. We will be recommending Monique to others looking to update or create a new will.
