By the nature of their business, employment lawyers deal with situations involving certain unpleasantness, to say the least. My case wasn't different in this regard, but throughout its handling I felt I've got a strong, supportive team in my corner. Sara and Cora were very responsive, their sense of urgency evident (unlike my former employer's side). At no time have I felt pressured. I had all the options listed to me, each with its pros, cons, costs, and the potential outcomes' probabilities. At every step, I was given the decision on whether to proceed to the next, or finish the process. They were also very transparent about their billable services structure, and I knew exactly what I my invoice was going to be. Bottom line: if you are looking for someone to treat your case personally and professionally, this should be your team of choice!

Ron and Natasha Minken not only provide important and top level employment lawyer services for their clients, they are incredible supporters of the arts in the Niagara Region, specifically jazz music. My wife had worked with Sara and Cora in the past so when I needed advice I decided to engage them as well and my experience was very positive from the initial half hour consult with Sara. Once engaged to handle my case, I found both Sara and Cora to be very professional, responsive and informative throughout the eight months it took to resolve the issue. Sara would provide advice and suggestions regarding next steps, even going so far as to respond to email inquires on weekends or late at night. Sara always provided the information that allowed me to make an informed decision, as well as suggesting the best course of action. She also answered any questions and concerns and laid out the best options based on her vast experience with both employers and employees. I highly recommend Sara and her team.
