Had an amazing experience dealing with this law firm. We recently sold and bought a new house and decided to go with this law firm on a recommendation from our realtor. So glad we did ! Everything went so smoothly. They are very efficient and utilize modern technology like digital paperwork so you don't need to drive down to their office multiple times to sign documents. During our in person visit, we met with Cindy, who clearly explained everything to us in detail and promptly answered any questions we had putting us at ease during such a stressful time. Cindy is a friendly, well spoken, seasoned lawyer who really knows her stuff inside out. Really happy with our overall experience and would 100% use them again in the future.

I want to express my profound gratitude to Michelle and her incredible team at Baksh Law Firm for their outstanding work in handling the challenging situation I faced with the sale of my property.
I found myself in a distressing predicament after defaulting on my mortgage with a private lender, which quickly escalated into a nightmarish scenario. The accrued fees, totaling over 65K, became an overwhelming burden when I received the notice of sale. The property, intended for major renovations, took about four months to sell, during which the fees continued to mount.
As the closing date approached, a significant shortfall became apparent. Michelle and her team worked tirelessly to not only negotiate with the private lender, persuading them to accept the shortfall, but they went above and beyond, securing additional concessions. To my amazement, I was left with some funds despite my initial fears of not recovering a single dollar.
I initially made an unfortunate investment in the property, overestimating its value during a challenging market. Despite encountering numerous obstacles and delays during renovations, Michelle's expertise and resilience ensured that I could salvage what remained of the situation.
During the distressing process, I faced the prospect of losing everything, including my primary residence. Michelle's diligence and commitment became a beacon of hope, successfully reducing additional fees and ensuring that I received some funds back, even in the face of significant losses.
