I had a very good experience with MBLaw. From the beginning, they were careful and professional. They gave me great legal advice, explained everything clearly, and helped me understand possible risks. They also checked all the documents in advance, which made me feel safe and confident. What I really liked is how they always took time to answer all my questions. They never rushed and always made sure I understood everything. They also talked to everyone involved — the bank, realtor, sellers, and buyers — and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their communication was excellent, and they always kept me informed. I also want to say that their website is very well designed. It looks modern, is easy to use, and has lots of helpful information. I highly recommend MBLaw if you want a legal team that is careful, clear, and really cares about their clients.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a wonderful experience to use this service. Bright and vivid office, smiled and friendly staff. All of them are professionals, but I would like to highlight several of them. The First is Irina, she has beautiful voice but unfortunately, I did see her. She answered on all my questions through the phone. The second one is Juliana. She did notarized my documents. She is also attractive and professional solicitor. The third is immigration consultant, unfortunately I did not catch her name, however, she is professional too. Therefore, I recommend this company if you need anything about law, solicitor, immigration, estate etc. Their office is situated on Dufferin Street with huge free parking lot.

Our family has closed three properties with MBLaw. A genuinely helpful and considerate staff - thank you Mariya for giving me your personal time and answering our questions related to interim occupancy (for a new construction) as well as final closing. Lana Grichanik introduced MBLaw to me for my condo purchase, and as a first-time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for better legal support. MBLaw, and specifically Vlad, were outstanding throughout the purchase process. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and clear communication - before the closing date, we went over all the documents and Vlad explained everything in my mother tongue which was incredibly helpful. They stayed on top of everything: coordinating with my bank, following up with the condo corporation, handling city paperwork, and helping with rebates. Vlad was particularly great at walking me through potential challenges and keeping me informed at every step. Their thoroughness with the status certificate review and closing process gave me real confidence as a first-time buyer. Highly recommend them for anyone buying property, especially first-time condo buyers!
