Knowledgeable, conscientious and expert service. We were referred to Mr Moses' offices from the China Visa Centre located in the same building. With one of the parents having been born in British Hong Kong, our child's birth certificate was inadmissable to the Chinese government for visa application. Mr Moses was clearly an expert in the field and comfortable with this niche of clients. First impressions were great, the entire team was polite and humble, and clearly well versed in the geopolitical background of Hong Kong, Taiwan, sensitivities with regards to China Visa applications. We felt we were in good hands from the start. Not only did Mr Moses have a specialized China Visa and immigration expert on his team, he delighted us by greeting us comfortably and fluently in Mandarin, and presenting us a bilingual business card (English and Chinese). His team was welcoming and knowledgeable and generous with their time, sharing additional tips and insight for our application, and guaranteeing we could come back and they would fix anything free of charge if we ran into issues at the Visa centre (we didn't, everything was done perfectly). Because of the efforts of Mr Moses and his team, we quickly got what we needed done, and our Visa applications were submitted without having to take additional time off or needing to make additional unnecessary trips into the Visa office to amend documentation. I had a very complicated immigration case that almost felt like a mission impossible. No other lawyer (and trust me I tried quiet a few) could resolve and bring to victory but Mr Moses and his fantastic team (specifically Yun who was beyond kind, understanding and helpful every step of the way).
