My name is Martin M. Herman, and I’m a criminal defence counsel. In practice at the same location for over 35 years, I represent individuals charged with offences under the Criminal Code of Canada, the Controlled Drug and Substance Act, the Youth Criminal Justice Act and various other pieces of federal legislation, including the Tax Act and the Customs Act. I also prepare wills and powers of attorney, and I can represent you on the purchase or sale of your home or cottage. Additionally, I offer both notary public and Commissioner of Oath services.

I know Mr Martin for 7 years he’s the best and very knowledgeable and experiencing when u give him your case you are better go home and get rest

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I advise NOBODY to have him as your lawyer!!! He is a plea lawyer that will take your money and not provide you with the service you hired him for! Herman and his secretary are two ruthless people that have absolutely no empathy for the clients!!! He takes your money, does not review your disclosure, and says he is too busy with other cases! Waits to see what the prosecutor offers, to present to you. Which makes him a plea lawyer!! He has taken thousands of dollars without the work! He claims he has lots of experience and connections with prosecutors, who he says he plays golf with and goes to lunches, which is a LIE! He takes advantage of people that are going through a hard time and leave you hanging through your difficult times!! He took $8000 from me for trial and took a plea before the trial without refunding my money. Then threatened me for asking for it back! He told me to pay him almost $2000 for a charge that was already Stayed! This is not just me that he has done this to. We are all going to The Law Society to complain on his conduct. Abusing people that are literally fighting for their lives. Paying a lawyer that takes advantage of you while you’re down! If there’s anyone else that is going through the same thing we are. Do get in touch with me please. There needs to be something done with lawyers like this and his secretary!

I love this guy! Not only did he save my life once, he did it twice. Full of energy and a amazing personality. I would not choose another lawyer, no no!
