I strongly recommend Lydia Moritz. She is an excellent, knowledgeable and experienced lawyer who will stand up for you. She will represent you and will work hard, focused on a fair resolution. She is a “Gem” among the sea of family law lawyers. It is so important to be represented by someone who is not merely going through the motions. Lydia cares, she learns about your situation, and she does what is possible, working within the difficult family law system, to help draw matters to a conclusion that is fair and reasonable for both parties. Lydia is a lawyer who is efficient, caring and effective! She is also very “practical”, which is much more important than you might think, when dealing with family law matters. Her assistant Michelle, is much the same, in a complementing way. They are an excellent team and I was very fortunate to have them help me and my family. I could easily write a long detailed list of positive attributes that Lydia, and Michelle offer, but I will just say that I strongly recommend Lydia Moritz.

Lydia was my lawyer for a custody issue. She is a very caring, knowledgeable and confident lawyer. She took the time to understand my situation and explain the process to me. She answered all of my questions and completed my matter efficiently. I would highly recommend Lydia to anyone in need of a family law lawyer.

Lydia helped me in 2006 to go through a very difficult divorce. She is a great litigator and was able to calm me down when I became sometimes too emotional. The outcome was extremely positive and today I have a great life.

Ms. Lydia Moritz took $20,000 from my family and did absolutely NOTHING for us except put is in debt and add insurmountable stress to our lives. She wanted more money every visit. Her law clerk and staff is no better; they are her minions. Moritz is a negligent lawyer and should be sued.

AWFUL WOMAN! Not a good lawyer, not a good person! She lies, she wants money, she is a paper shuffler and nothing more. Shame on you Lydia Moritz!
