I had an exceptional experience with Licata Law Office during the purchase of my home. Caterina, my lawyer, was professional, thorough, and provided outstanding legal guidance throughout the process. I’d also like to give special thanks to Alex H., whose expertise and dedication truly stood out. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the home-buying process and provided top-notch customer support. Alex was always available to answer my questions, often anticipating concerns before they even arose, and his timely responses gave me confidence and peace of mind. I received excellent service from Caterina Licata. She demonstrated high degree of professionalism and great knowledge in family law that helped me during the most difficult period of time in my life. In addition, she is a great person and very supportive to her clients. I would recommend her as a personal lawyer.

Please stay far far away from this system. Unfortunately Amir Zarrabian, one of our friends and our realtor suggested working with this lawyer and they provided one of the darkest nightmares for us. she only thinks about her office’s time and money without any care about your situation and at the end only send the bill for you. Duration of our first home purchasing process and when we were under a huge pressure they just yelled at us ”why do you bother our time!? We are busy.” In fact, she was not our lawyer. all the time she pushed us to accept all the seller’s unfair conditions, accept the opposite party and we have nothing in our contract to defend ourselves which this office had prepared. All of them ruined our dreams of the first buy and only emphasize the cents on their bills. Please run away from them.

***Do not use her as a real estate lawyer I had an experience with her for purchasing a property, she is: -Rude and unprofessional. -She didn't care about your situation and time. only your money -She wasted my money and time. -She hurt me and my family -When we were on the pursuer, she pushed us to sign the document that included detrimental clauses and had a fatal impact on our economical life. -She didn't know anything about negotiating with the opposite side's lawyer, -very disorganized with paper and researches. -She had been referred to me by one of the @Re/max real estate Agency (Amir Zarrabi)
