Luis Hernandez is an exceptional lawyer with vast knowledge of condo law and a very wise, dedicated approach. Although Luis is quite expensive, that is to be expected with any lawyer and, quite frankly, well deserved after all the time and money a lawyer dedicates to their education. Luis was worth the cost to navigate a condo related matter, as I valued his expertise and the time he took to explain everything in detail. Every time I needed Luis, he was always willing to make time for me, even when he was incredibly busy. His willingness to ensure I understood the nuances of condo law made a lasting impact. Luis actually has a one-of-a-kind character—professional, knowledgeable, and very straightforward. He doesn’t sugarcoat things and isn’t afraid to correct me. At times, he comes across as blunt, but in the best way possible—because he’s always right. His no-nonsense approach challenged me to see things differently and truly understand the law for what it is, not what I want it to be. That kind of honesty is rare and invaluable. Law is all about precise wording, not feelings or emotions. This lesson, though simple to some, was invaluable to me. Despite the cost, every conversation with Luis was worth it, and I highly recommend him to anyone navigating condo-related legal matters. Bradley Chaplick, partner of this law firm, provide extreamly detailed consultation regarding a condo issue that I have. Although it is not his duty to share more opinion as this was only a first consult, he is still being supportive of the difficult situation that I have. Highly recommend.

I have a complicated file, which Bradley Chaplick, Timothy Duggan and Karen Miller have worked on in various capacities to provide required documentation to the court. The case is moving forward with care and attention. My preference, was to have the case dealt with precision and knowledge.
