I messaged him about a Landlord Matter, and his consult was really helpful to understand the merits of my case, what I needed to do if I wanted to self represent and the value added if I wanted to be represented. He understands all the Common pitfalls that cause actions to fail and how to make sure the other side is held to account when they make those errors. His fees were reasonable considering the scope of work he provides (filing the claim, serving the tenant, organizing and submitting evidence, prep for the hearing, vigorously defending your case and then any post case admin) and his responses were very timely.
