Lash Condo Law does not work with my condo corp but Denise was highly recommended by my real estate lawyer. We were having an issue with our Condo Corp Board where we felt they were not taking an issue seriously. We wanted them to accept responsibility for something that we felt was a common element. It had not been dealt with since the corporation was formed over 20 years ago. I engaged Denise to secure a legal opinion which I could then send to our Management Company and Board Of Directors. I spoke with Denise a few times and she understood the issue immediately and quickly provided me with a well written and referenced opinion. It took a while to receive a response from our Condo Management Company but it was finally acknowledged and they accepted responsibility. Thank you Denise and Lash Condo Law.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lash represents the condo that I’m a board member of. We usually deal with Natalia Polis but as a whole Lash has provided us with great support. They are incredibly responsive and knowledgeable helping us successfully navigate through some challenging issues in our building. We would highly recommend them to other boards looking for new lawyers!

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

Natalia Polis is a very professional lawyer who is relatively cost effective. She was representing the residents of 20 Thomas Riley Road, who had a legitimate claim against me, or so it would appear. She went above and beyond in a case that dragged on for years. She interacted with my lawyer Mr. Czuma, of CZUMA-RITTER on Carlton Street and ended in a settlement, of which I am satisfied. Both lawyers were honest and above board in their dealings. Mr. Czuma used the Mental Health Act to protect me, and did a thorough job, as he has years of experience doing such work. Ms. Polis has less experience but I foresee great future for her. As for the firm Lash Condo Law itself, judging from the evidence I observed, may not be so good.
