⭐⭐☆☆☆

During a house closing, there were 2 options to my question/situation and Tyler wasn't able to suggest the best choice for my solution, he made me chose. Afterwards, the very issue he advised would not be a problem, has cost me another $1200 to correct by another lawyer. This should have been AT CLOSING.

Always a wonderful experience working with Terrence and his partners. On this occasion, a very special shout out to Colleen for all her efforts in making the purchase of our new home, as well as the sale of our old one so very easy. Thank you for taking all the stress out of what can be a very challenging experience.

I've used Larry Konrad as my real estate lawyer for around a decade now, buying 4 homes of different types and I honestly don't know what I would do without him. It's tough to find a good lawyer, you want someone who is honest, but you need someone who is competent and effective... very difficult combination to find! Larry Konrad fulfilled both of these qualities and more. He is worth every penny although compared to other lawyers his fees are very reasonable so in the end excellent value. Is this review too good to be true? lol email me and I'll confirm this is not a bot!
