Jason & his team recently helped me close a pretty sticky transaction & they’re second to none. He even took the time out of his busy schedule to fix a misstep that a local municipal clerk made when filing routine forms. Couldn’t believe it. He literally went IN PERSON to fix someone else’s mistake! What kind of lawyer does that? Bailey & I were especially appreciative as there were some serious renovations to do upon closing & if we didn’t close on time, significant costs would have been incurred (see photos below for before & after). I cannot recommend Andrew as a lawyer. He was quite unprofessional when I had a question, and sadly, he ended up losing my case, giving in to everything the opposing side wanted. His performance left a lot to be desired, and I was shocked when he even had the audacity to ask for payment. You can imagine my reaction was.. Laughed my ass off
