In 2005, KPAs co-founders, Ryan and Preet, met at the University of Waterloo as teenagers during their undergraduate years. It was from that time that they had a dream of becoming lawyers and building a leading law firm in Ontario. Eventually, Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in southwestern Ontario, and Preet earned her LLB from the University of Nottingham in the UK. They were both Called to the Bar in Ontario in 2014.Fast forward to 2016, Ryan and Preet opened the doors to KPA Lawyers Professional Corporation in Mississauga, which remains the city that KPA calls home to this day. During that time, the firm has been written about by The Huffington Post for its exceptionally competitive wages and innovative approach to business leadership. The firm also experienced meteoric growth in its very early years, building a team of over 10 lawyers quite quickly. Owing to its high quality of services, KPA is among the GTAs most reviewed (and most well-reviewed) law firms.
