KMB Law began in 1979 as Keyser Mason Ball, LLP., when former classmates John Keyser and Colin Mason, along with their colleague, John Ball, decided to open a law firm in what was then the new city of Mississauga. With the help of former friends and classmates who supported their vision, the men moved into a small office on City Center Drive with just 5 employees and high hopes to become the top business law firm in Mississauga and surrounding cities. With tenacity, innovation and a keen focus on client satisfaction, their small team, which focused mainly on business law, quickly grew to become a leading full service firm by introducing a strong litigation group that included former Superior Court of Justice judges, the Honourable Madam Justice Seppi and His Honour Mister Justice Shapiro, QC. Today, KMB Law is a leading Canadian business law firm with comprehensive offering of legal services, now with over 24 lawyers and 60 staff members. What has not changed over the years is our concentration on providing clients with high quality solutions to their legal concerns. We pride ourselves on providing advice that is responsive, innovative, and workable in the real world.

Sanitha at KMB Law was highly professional, knowledgeable and proactive in supporting us throughout our process of purchasing and securing a new home. She took the time to explain everything in the documents and was flexible in working around our schedules. She was easily accessible and her team had all our papers ready on closing date. Justin Chan is an amazing lawyer who really helped us out with our business. He explained the concepts and options in a way that was easy to understand and handled everything like a pro. KMB law is the best! Emily Banks is a fantastic family lawyer. Family court is a lengthy and stressful process but Emily made it so much easier. She listens and really cares about her clients and their families. She's extremely sympathetic and understanding, and when it comes to court, she goes to war for you. I am so grateful for her and everything she has done for my family. Hands down Emily Banks is the best lawyer! Rachel Rygus is also amazing! She works with Emily Banks and they are so in sync. If one of them is not available, they other always is. They work together to be available and answer your questions in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about Emily, Rachel and KMB law. I worked with Paula Bateman with a very challenging divorce. She is hard-working, professional, knowledgeable and up to date with new laws and cases. She remained dedicated and was able to ensure we had the best outcome for our family as possible. I cannot recommend her enough.
