A Complete Disappointment – Do Not Waste Your Time or Money on This Firm, Especially Nida Hussain I strongly advise anyone seeking legal representation for divorce or family law matters to avoid Kain & Ball, particularly Nida Hussain. My experience was nothing short of disastrous. Despite spending nearly $15,000, there was absolutely no meaningful progress in my case. Nida's approach and tactics were not only flawed but often left me feeling as though she was representing the other side, rather than advocating for me. While she was responsive to emails and calls, her overall strategy lacked direction and urgency, and at times seemed to work against my interests rather than for them. I constantly felt a bias that made it incredibly difficult to be open with her about the specifics of my case. I strongly felt there was a lack of understanding or perhaps even a disregard for my concerns as a male client, which made an already challenging situation much worse. What was most concerning was the overall sense that my case was not being handled with the seriousness it deserved. I would caution any prospective client, especially men, to think very carefully before entrusting Nida Hussain or this firm with such a sensitive and critical matter. Divorce is stressful enough without feeling like your own lawyer is not fully in your corner. In summary, my experience with Nida Hussain was deeply disappointing, and I regret selecting her as my legal representative. If you value your time, money, and mental well-being, seek representation elsewhere. Do not make the same mistake I did.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had been a self-representative until my case reach Settlement Conference stage. I was looking around to find a lawyer who is experienced, reasoning and comfortable working with my limited English. I met Nida Hussain at K&B. She took time to ask me all needed info of my case, I finally got an hour consultation free. The more time I communicated with her, the stronger my feeling of “my case in good hands” grew. Moreover, I’ve gradually realized that Nida conduct her profession with highly self-respect by being genuine, empathy, responsible, result oriented, time-and-cost-efficient. My case was moved forward quickly then satisfactorily settled. I’ve attributed this result to Nida’s diligence.

Excellent law firm! Nida is amazing. She has helped me and my family numerous times getting me through a very difficult separation and divorce. All the staff at Kain and Ball are very supportive and get the job done quickly, efficiently and above and beyond my satisfactions. I cannot say thank you enough!!

Family law cases can be a hard and painful process for anyone to go through. They can become, foul, long, and burdensome, while you are at your most vulnerable. I'm proud to have had the dedication and consideration of the Kain and Ball team at my side. I'm very grateful to Nida Hussain and the whole team at Kain and Ball. I had a difficult case involving two different laws. The hard work, due diligence, and caring put into the case was exceptional. Nida handled every detail with timely professionalism, tireless effort, and compassion. She poured her heart into the case on my behalf. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Many thanks to Nida, Michelle, and the whole Kain and Ball team. Although the case will not be missed the camaraderie will be. I highly recommend them to anyone!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the second time that I have hired Kain and Ball to represent my interests in a matter related to family law. Most recently I worked with Laura Natalizio and Mary Nosella, who I found to be both professional and empathetic when dealing with my particular situation. While I found the process to be very stressful; I felt that Laura and Mary were able to help me depersonalize things so that I could move forward to a resolution, with the least amount of additional emotional strain. I would not hesitate to recommend Kain and Ball and in particular, Laura and Mary should you find yourself in need of a family law specialist.
