I called this office as I had a car accident, they sent me an agreement and they said “Read First” before you sign, which I did! I sent them a list of questions, that I needed an answer about, and after waiting more than 2/3 weeks, then they did not answer any of the questions I sent by email!! They just sent me a general email and said we can’t take your file and you can go to another firm!!! So if they can’t take it, why they didn’t say that when I spoke to Yanira and Adam?!!’ I explained everything to them and they said yes of course we can take it and once I sent my questions, they refused the file!!! So strange to be honest! Never recommend this office!!!
