Dr. James Jordan, B.A., LL.B., LL.M., LL.M. (Bus.), LL.D, has 40 years of law practice experience in many areas, including Criminal Law, Immigration Law, Real Estate Law, International Law, Intellectual Property Law, Civil Law, and Family Law. Dr. Jordan has exclusive carriage of all legal matters in the law firm and currently focuses on all legal matters in Criminal Law and Immigration Law.Dr. Jordan is a Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and a United States Attorney-at-Law and Member of the State Bar of Texas, Dr. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Laws degree in criminal law, a Master of Law in business law, as well as a Doctor of Law in constitutional and criminal law. He has served as a Crown Prosecutor and criminal defense counsel, participated as a project consultant with both the Criminal Procedure Project overseen by the Law Reform Commission of Canada, and with the R.C.M.P. Public Complaints Commission. Dr. Jordan has extensive international experience having lived in the United States, South Korea, and the Peoples Republic of China. He was a senior advisor with Zhong Xin Law Firm, a leading comprehensive law firm in Beijing, China, formerly a Crown Prosecutor in Alberta, Canada, a professor of International Law and Intellectual Property Law at Kwangwoon University and an international legal advisor with Aram International Law Firm and Patent and Trademark Office in Seoul, South Korea.
