I have been their customer few times, but this time I am disappointed by the lack of response to my five emails seeking legal assistance. Despite repeated attempts to contact your firm, I have not received any acknowledgment or assistance. Prompt communication is crucial in legal matters, and this lack of response is unacceptable. I urge your firm to prioritize email correspondence to ensure a smoother and more effective client experience. otherwise, you will lose customers.

Jim’s oversight and incompetence caused me an approximate loss of $200,000. After the fact, he denied any responsibility and refused any help. I have filed a complaint to the Law Society of Ontario and am in the process pursuing legal action against him. For those who are unhappy with his practice, feel free to contact me and I can walk you through how to file a complaint to the LSO.
