⭐☆☆☆☆

This will be my second negative review in all the years I've been using Google's platform. I don't take giving negative reviews lightly but to say I'm disgusted by the team at IMM is an understatement. First engaged them via the online form process late Dec 2022 but was told they are away due to the holidays and will get back to us in Jan 2023 - Ok that's understandable. Mid Jan 2023 passes and no response. Emailed sent asking for an update. The reply was "we'll get back to you" or" We'll get back to you by X date" Multiple emails followed seeking updates and always the same cut and paste response i.e. "we will get back to you" We allowed some weeks to past and yet no responses from this firm. We resorted to calling and leaving direct voice mails, as they will never answer the phones. Finally the team simply stopped answering our emails. Such unprofessionalism and disrespect from this law firm, the likes I've never experienced. The simple and professional action to take if they cant take our business is to simply say so, and we both move on. Shame on IMM firm.
