For over the past 20 years Bally Hundal has been practicing as a criminal defence attorney. Bally Hundal was called to the Ontario Bar in March 2002. He graduated from York University and thereafter received a traveling scholarship while attending law school in Europe. He then returned to Ontario and completed his legal studies at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. While there, he interned at Windsor Community Legal Aid & Legal Assistance of Windsor and represented indigent clients at tribunals. Upon his call to the Bar, he worked for over three years for the Government of Ontario as a Criminal Duty Counsel with Legal Aid Ontario. In 2019, Bally received a Masters of Law (LL.M.) from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Bally Hundal has been practicing as a criminal lawyer for over 23 years. His experience definitely showed in the way he handled my case. He took my case to trial and got me acquitted of all my charges. His preparation included preparing me to testify in court. This definitely helped to calm my anxiety. His cross-examination of all the witnesses was very impressive. It was a relief to hear the words not guilty! 100 % recommended lawyer. Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and supportive. My life put me in a very difficult situation as a result of assault charges last year.
