Dealing with a legal representative exclusively online and through phone was a bit scary with so many bad actors out there. Mr Hill took the time to speak to us and explain everything to reassured us of his credentials. We spoke several times, and he explained his procedures clearly. He always got back to us or answered his calls.He is honest in how he handled his payment and did everything that we expected of our legal rep. This was a landlord/ Tenant matter. We were the tenants and were satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend HillCowan Legal Sevices.

James Hill is a great paralegal. I had a legal issue with my landlord and I retained James. This was my first time being in this situation and James helped me through this difficult time. He explained everything well and made sure that I understood it. It was nice to not overcharge me if we went over time. He was very reasonable for pricing I believe. Very straightforward and does the right thing. It was a good experience to be with him. He's knowledgeable with dealing with tenant and landlord situations.

⭐⭐☆☆☆

I retained Mr. Hill's services to address a dispute with a landlord some months ago. He overlooked an important detail in the dispute, one that I did bring to his attention. Fast fwd a month and I am planning to vacate the property and give notice to the landlord, through him, and he is nowhere to be found. I emailed 13 days ago, followed up with a text 5 days ago, and called 3 days ago, and I have yet to hear anything back. I wouldn't use his services again.
