Had issues with the first legal aid lawyer, was rushed and they did not even investigate what i said...and then the case was settled with the ltb and i wanted to do a review so they had the same lawyer call me back even though i requested a different person who would take the time to help me...I see some people give 5 stars? This service wont even take the time to look into the major issues it is very rushed and superficial like the LTB...

I just called to connect with Heather at this location . The lady took the call at at approx 11:30 AM today . Asked my first and last name name at least 3 times , repeated my contact no at least 4 times , still she keep asking to repeat . What is the problem ? Canadian accent and Math numbers doesn't satisfy? Canadian Muslim names are not understandable ? ?Seems so arrogant and rude to people ! Not a polite attitude !

Horrible receptionist that tried to dissuade me from engaging with them by telling me they couldn't help. When I clarified the issue at hand she then deflected saying "I'm only a receptionist", which begs the question why she tried to dissuade me if she doesn't know what she was talking about.

for the amount of staff and a constant request for help the inquires are varied and usually panicked, i need a solution now it's not easy don't be rude to the staff as there a plenty as you, wanting the quickest resolution they are caring, but time is a precious commodity this is law and there steps and guidelines to follow by halton community legal services, meaning if you want your issue resolved , immediately be patient thanks to these people for being there. e t.
