GSK Law was very sloppy in dealing with my Motor Vehicle Accident case. They failed to peruse documents properly which resulted in settlement agreements not being endorsed by the insurer.I waited six weeks , after I was told I would receive a cheque in three weeks. After calling them to inquire on the 7th week of waiting the lawyer for the insurer stated “she had passed the settle agreement through without the insurer’s signature so they had to be resigned and the waiting (for the settlement cheque began all over again).They failed to check that the settlement agreement had been endorsed prior to sending it to me.It is 9 weeks and still waiting.If I hadn’t inquired a cheque still wouldn’t be issued. I am very disappointed in this company that has sloppy business practices and also fails to communicate with the client throughout the entire case.The fact that I was charged over $900 for “reviewing documents and this happened demonstrates the short cuts they used are not client friendly and a lack in professionalism when it comes to claimants files.
