Brian Grossman is an excellent person to have on your side when going through employment transitions. He brings a depth of knowledge and a wealth of experience. He speaks candidly and involves his clients in the process, leaving the decision on how to proceed in their hands after giving his best counsel. I was 4 years into a great career when mergers and acquisitions happened and it became evident that things were going to get difficult. Rather than wait until the worst happened, I engaged Brian early and he helped me stay sane throughout the process. His guidance helped me make good decisions along the way and ultimately led to a fair and equitable transition. This is not the first time we have worked together and I have always felt I got the best advice possible. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Brian has been a trusted advisor and friend for many years ... His vast knowledge of law, keen sense of strategy and unmitigated commitment to put his clients interest first and foremost has been invaluable to me personally and as a profesional seeking his advice. So much so that to this day I make it a point to meet with Brian regularly to keep him abreast of my personal and professional evolution even though there is no specific pressing issues.

I have not only know Brian for some years I also needed his services fairly recently and I can attest to what an incredible negotiator he is. Not only did he settle my case expeditiously and get me what I needed he did it in a way that was a win/win for everyone. His honesty and integrity ensured I knew exactly what to expect and he was crystal clear on the options available to me.
