Brian Goldfinger accepted my personal injury case, injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in London in July of 2021. Other law firms in London declined to take the case but I soon learned that many were under retainer to the insurance company concerned and others simply were not interested. Brian had no such reservations about taking the claim. Over the last 3 years, he has worked tirelessly on the claim keeping me informed at all times and has successfully settled both the medical and tort parts of my claim in a way that is more than satisfactory to me. Considering the limitations and deductibles involved in lengthy court claims( for which, as I approach 80 years of age I have no time ) the result of this out of court settlement was justified and fair to me. My family and I decided to drive to Canada from Illinois for a vacation. I had a horrible fall and suffered extensive injuries. I was rushed to the hospital and upon being discharged, I was left with a huge bill to pay. I returned home several days later in pain and I did not know who to retain as an attorney, after all I live in the United States therefore I made several phone calls and finally Brian Goldfinger decided to take the case.
