I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to Robert Gertler for all the help he provided to me and my family. This process has been long and complicated and without Robert, it would have been incredibly difficult. When my husband's application was rejected, I was left baffled and unable to understand why. Robert stayed by our side and guided us throughout the process. Through Zoom meetings and phone calls, he helped us prepare and, most importantly, explained everything in detail.
