I recently had the pleasure of working with Timothy, who represented the seller in a challenging transaction. Despite unexpected hurdles caused by the buyers, Timothy was exceptional in handling every issue with professionalism and urgency. He was always available—answering calls at all hours—and consistently advocated for the seller's best interests. From a professional standpoint as a realtor, it was refreshing to collaborate with a lawyer who was not only responsive but also proactive in finding solutions. Timothys expertise and commitment made a difficult situation much more manageable. I would highly recommend Timothy to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate lawyer.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff. Very attentive and responsive to ALL my needs. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone seeking family, real estate and estate matters. Tim is so knowledgeable, well present, never pressured client, and he handled all my cases through years. He deserves 10 stars but google only let me to take 5, his service and knowledge is beyond above. Very lucky to meet a lawyer like Tim, professional, patient and direct to the point.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

Updating my review now that time has passed. This is based on the fact that Timothy did reach out me when I posted the 1 star to get his attention.... I think he has good intentions so I sure don't question that but in matters like the one I was involved in he could improve some things. I would suggest he create some documentation that deals with estates that can be provided when multiple executors are involved that lays out roles, responsibilities, areas that can lead to conflict and perhaps a checklist that can guide them early. The other area is to have a well defined process for management of estate assets (cash in particular) at the outset.
