Free consultation lasted 5 minutes, the conclusion the lawyer gave me - short and quite irritated- was that I have no rights for breach of contract, that the employers have all the rights. She didn't even ask about my contract clauses. Labour Board told me the extreme opposite, they gave me precise directions and made me feel like a lawyer is supposed to - we all have rights and THERE IS BREACH OF CONTRACT in my case. I will not reach out to Ertl Lawyers if I need anything legal.
